The short version
- All sales are final once the Key is delivered.
- No refunds for shared, leaked, lost, or activated Keys.
- No refunds because you changed your mind, your PC can't run a game, you don't like the catalog, or a particular title is temporarily unavailable.
- No refunds for Keys revoked because of a Terms violation.
Exceptions we do honor
Despite the above, we will issue a full refund (or, at our option, a replacement Key) in the following narrow situations:
- Duplicate purchase due to our error. If our system mistakenly charges you twice for the same checkout session, we refund the duplicate.
- Key never delivered. If, 24 hours after a successful Stripe payment, no Key has been emailed to you and the
/thankspage never produced one and our team cannot manually issue one, we refund. - Key invalid on first redeem. If the very first activation of a never-redeemed Key fails because of a server-side issue we can reproduce, we either replace the Key or refund.
These exceptions require a support ticket within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email aileymM191pp@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with:
- The Stripe receipt or last 4 digits of the card used;
- The Key (if any) that was delivered;
- A brief description of the problem.

Chargebacks
Issuing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is treated as a Terms violation. We may immediately revoke your Key, ban your account, and refuse future service. If a chargeback is later reversed in our favor, the Key remains revoked.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right that cannot be waived under your local law. If your jurisdiction grants you a refund right that overrides this policy, that statutory right prevails.
