MaveGames is delivered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied. Read this page before buying — by proceeding to checkout, you accept everything here.

1. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaveGames disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation:

  • warranties of merchantability;
  • warranties of fitness for a particular purpose;
  • warranties of non-infringement;
  • warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • warranties that any defect, bug, or vulnerability will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

2. We are not responsible for

  • What you do with the service. You alone are responsible for how you use MaveGames, the Catalog app, and the games accessed through it. If your use violates a third-party license, a publisher's terms, or your local law, that is on you.
  • Lost or stolen Keys. Once the Key has left our server, its security is your responsibility. We will not replace Keys that you have shared, posted publicly, or otherwise lost control of.
  • Loss of save files, progress, or in-game items. MaveGames does not back up save data on your behalf.
  • Loss of profit or business opportunity. MaveGames is for personal entertainment; we make no claim that you can earn, monetize, or build commercial value on top of it.
  • Hardware damage caused by running the Catalog app, a third-party game, or a driver update prompted by either.
  • Bans or punishments issued by a third-party publisher, anti-cheat, or platform on accounts that interact with MaveGames or the Catalog app.
  • Outages or downtime of MaveGames, KeyAuth, GoFile, Stripe, or any other sub-processor we depend on.
  • Third-party content. Game art, names, and trademarks shown across the website belong to their respective owners; their inclusion is illustrative and does not imply endorsement.

3. Once you have purchased

After your Key is delivered, you have received the entirety of what you paid for. We are not responsible for what happens after that — whether you redeem the Key, share it, lose access to your email, or change your mind. Purchasing is a deliberate act and we treat it as such.

4. Forward-looking statements

Any roadmap, "coming soon", or feature preview shown on the site or in our communications is aspirational. We may add, remove, or change features at any time without notice and without compensation to existing customers.

5. Cap on liability

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with MaveGames is capped at the amount you have actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. You waive the right to claim more than that, regardless of the legal theory invoked.

6. Acknowledgement

By using the website, creating an account, or buying a Key, you acknowledge that you have read this Disclaimer, understand it, and agree to be bound by it together with our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
